What laws apply to Cosmetic Manufacturers?

The Industrial Chemicals Act 2019 is an Act to establish a national regulatory scheme for industrial chemicals, and for related purposes.


The Therapeutic Goods Administration and AICIS explains how to ensure you are not making any therapeutic claims about your product.


The ACCC has information about product safety and labelling.


The National Measurement Institute explains measuring standards.


Safe Work Australia discusses labelling hazardous chemicals.
