All soap makers and/or importers must comply with Laws, Regulations, and Standards regarding cosmetics. There are several Laws, Regulations, and Standards that apply to anyone making or importing Cosmetics.
You may also need to register with AICIS.
It is always best to consult a compliance expert who can give you the right guidance on compliance for soap making.
