How do I cancel my policy?

If you ever want to cancel your policy you can simply log on to your account via our web page and request cancellation. 

**** Please not if you paid your policy via our monthly instalment option with Principal Finance you will be unable to cancel in your online account. Please send the cancellaltion request to ****

1. Log onto your account via our webpage and click on 'MyAUZi'

2. Log in using your email on the account and your password. If you have forgotten your password simply reset. 

3. When you log on, you will see your policy in front of you. If you are able to cancel your policy you will see a'Cancel Cover' button. Simply click this button to cancel.

4.  Simply select the reason for cancelling and chose your cancellation date and click 'continue'.

5. The following screen will appear to enable you to check your details before submitting the cancellation. If you are happy click 'Confirm & Cancel'

6.  Your policy has now been scheduled for cancellation. 

7. We will send you an email confirming the policy is cancelled and if you paid by EFT will request a reply so that you can provide your bank details to transfer to. If you paid by credit card your refund will be sent back to the card you paid from.

8. At anytime if you are unsure, please call us or drop us an email.
