Does AUZi have a cancellation policy?

Modified on Mon, 9 Sep at 2:40 PM

If you're considering cancelling your policy before the end of its term, it's important to understand the implications of doing so, and how our company handles return premiums and policy fees.

Firstly, if you do cancel your policy early, we will retain the commission on any return premium involved. Additionally, we won't be returning any of our policy fees, which cover the costs of administering and issuing your policy.

However, we also strongly advise against cancelling your policy early, and encourage you to talk to us before making any decisions. We'll provide you with a clear understanding of the implications of cancelling, including any potential financial consequences and changes to your cover.

By understanding our cancellation policy, you can make informed decisions about your insurance cover and ensure that you're protected in the way that's right for you. So if you have any questions or concerns about cancelling your policy, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
