What is meant by Duty of Disclosure?

Modified on Mon, 9 Sep at 3:59 PM

Before you enter into an insurance contract you have a  duty to advise an insurer of anything you, or could reasonable expect to know that may affect an Insurers decision to Insure you and on what terms and conditions apply.

PLEASE NOTE THIS DOES NOT REPRESENT 'FINANCIAL ADVICE' AS EACH PERSON'S INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS WILL BE UNIQUE TO THEIR SPECIFIC NEEDS.
