Our research shows that the target audience and most classes are tailored towards a minimum age of 12-16 and over. However as the younger classes are obviously tailored to children to help move their bodies and exercise at an entry level, we would suggest maintaining the age of 4 as a minimum with the condition that you are fully qualified to teach children as young as this.
