Yes we can as long as no activities are being performed in water.
We would also suggest maintaining the age of 4 as a minimum with the condition that you are fully qualified to teach children as young as this.
We also insist where infants and children are participating in the class, a parent or legal guardian be in attendance for the duration of the class.
