Will my policy cover me to lease a shop front?

Generally No. Why?

When you decide to lease a shop front the lease with the property owner will advise what you need to have cover for. Generally a standard lease can include Glass and fixtures and fittings which our policies do not cover. We simply offer Public and Products LIABILITY and not loss or damage to any stock, contents, products or damage to glass etc.

Sometimes a Property owner will cover certain aspects themselves and you may just require the Liability only and we can definitely look to help you.
