I have recently applied for cover, however, I haven’t received my login details?

If you have recently completed an online application and been accepted, your login details will be the email address and password you used within the application process.


You can login via the "My AUZi" account button on the top right of our home page.


If for some reason our confirmation and invoice email doesn’t arrive as planned, be sure to check the spam section of your emails. In these instances, it is advisable to “safelist” the auzi.com emails to ensure this doesn’t happen again.


If you still can’t find your email, be sure to contact us immediately.
