Why am I being asked to provide a different email address?

Modified on Fri, 27 Dec, 2024 at 8:13 AM

Email delivery is an essential part of our service, but we've encountered consistent issues with certain email providers blocking our messages. Specifically, Optusnet & iinet (see list below of all iinet owned email accounts) have implemented strict filtering that prevents our emails from reaching their users. While we continue to work on resolving these issues, we want to ensure you receive all important communications from us without interruption.

To avoid any missing notifications, we recommend using an email address from providers like:

  • Gmail (gmail.com)
  • Outlook/Hotmail (outlook.com, hotmail.com)
  • Yahoo (yahoo.com)

These providers have reliable delivery rates and will ensure you receive all important updates, notifications, and account-related communications from us. If you currently use an iinet or optusnet email address, please update your contact information with an alternative email to maintain uninterrupted communication.
