The reason you should consider purchasing Insurance is because if you are running a commercial activity involving the public you owe them a duty of care. Basically if a participant has an accident under your instruction, it will be you they will be looking to sue for damages. Don’t forget that you may also be hiring a space to run this activity so any property damage caused by your workshop members will also need to be covered.
