Why are certain products excluded from this policy?

Modified on Mon, 20 May 2019 at 03:13 PM

The products that have been added to the exclusion list are products that fall outside of what we deem to be a Bath and Body product. Some of these products are deemed to be cosmetics which we can accommodate under our Cosmetic Manufacturers Policy and some Products our Insurer is not wanting to cover at all due to their nature and hazards.

The Products that we are unable to cover at all are:

- Acne preparation

- Antiseptic Creams

- Any Baby related Products including Baby Soap Bars, Baby Wash, Baby Lotion, Nappy Cream

- Any products used to soothe, treat, heal or repair the skin

- Certain skin lightening preparations

- Cleaning products

- Disinfectant

- Hair Care | Medical Grade Hair Treatment Products

- Head lice prevention actives

- Nail Polish

- Oral hygiene

- Perfumes

- Soothing, Healing, Repair or Relief Balms

- Washing powder/detergent (washing crystals can be included if natural subject to the Insurer's approval)
