Yes! 21 days before your policy is due to expire; you will receive an initial renewal reminder email from us together with a SMS.
If we don’t hear back from you at this time, we will send out additional renewal reminders at 10 days and 3 days prior to expiry (or until your policy is renewed).
If we haven’t heard from you after the 3 day email, we will send you one final SMS on expiry day reminding you to renew your policy immediately.
