If I cancel my policy in the first year, what refund do I receive?

Modified on Tue, 22 May 2018 at 03:07 PM

If you decide to cancel your policy mid-way through the period of insurance, we will provide a pro-rata refund of the premium paid by you as long as the unexpired portion of your premium is over six months. If you have less than six months to run on your policy, we reserve the right to decline a refund and will look at each case individually.

Commissions/Fees are not refundable. If you have purchased a Stallholders Liability Policy, the above clause does not apply. There is no refund (either pro-rata or in full) of the premium paid by you.
