I have recently applied for cover, however, I haven’t received my login details?

If you have recently completed an online application and been accepted, your login details will be sent to the email address that was included within your application. Therefore, pleasure ensure that the email address you use for your account is one that can be accessed regularly and one that you regularly check.


If for some reason our confirmation and invoice email doesn’t arrive as planned, be sure to check the spam section of your emails. In these instances, it is advisable to “safelist” the auzi.com emails to ensure this doesn’t happen again.


If you still can’t find your email, be sure to contact us immediately.
